Our offices have handled, and continue handling, dozens of TAMA 38 projects, including reinforcement and construction, demolition and reconstruction, and evacuation construction transactions. We work with the project from its outset: from organizing residents, drafting a tender, and selecting a suitable developer to project completion, including the handover of the new apartments and their registration in the Land Registry and the Shared Apartments Registry.
We have accrued vast experience in TAMA 38 transactions, as well as evacuation construction frameworks, drawing up the relevant documents, handling optimal negotiations, while emphasizing guarantees and securities given to apartment owners.
